I think your a good artist but I'm not sure why you keep trying to make your work look so rough? I understand you want to distinguish your look but I think you already do that with the expressions of your characters faces.
Hope you don't take it the wrong way as I do like reading and watching your stuff.

Having smooth, clean outlines never really seemed worth the amount of time it takes to do.
Especially since, unless you're some kind of genius at inking like Chris Sanders http://kiskaloo.com/ , it usually ends up sapping the energy out of drawings, making them less funny.

Learning to ink well (heh heh Inkwell) is definately on my list of things to do, but there's other, more important things i need to get good at first.

True True it does turn cartooning from fun to a job pretty easily. :)
This book helped me out in the inking department if you were looking for aid.
