Date: Saturday 6th September 2008
Time: 18:00 - 1:00
Where: The Admiral Hardy, Greenwich

Relaxed, informal get-together which anyone is invited to attend. Details will be finalised when I have an idea of the number of attendees. Unlike the previous plan, it will happen even if it just ends up as me and a 3 Piece Variety Meal.

As has been discussed previously, future meets will be held in different locations around the country, so there should be something everyone can get to.

I'm up for it.

I'll need to dry clean my burqa.

I could actually get a flight to Stanstead on Saturday for 20 Euroni and back to Stuttgart on Sunday for 60. Tempting.

We'd end up in the cellar he's keeping the cast of Dad'S Army in.

That's cheaper than it costs to catch the train from Wales.

It's your fault if you allow giant sea mamals to catch your trains.

Yeah, and I bet the train to and from Stanstead will cost more than a flight, too.
Anyway, I think I'm not going to go. My English's too slow for real life conversation and I'd turn up there with my laptop and three dictionaries.

Oh come on English is my 3rd language, and I don't have any others.

In a room full of troglodyte geeks, you think that'll be the biggest communication problem?
