I thought it said Amsterdam at first too. I would spend all day getting stoned in cafes.

That would be cool man. Although it would be a sublet as I rent. Although you would be living in Ottawa. Beautiful but a little dull if you're not into outdoorsy stuff.

As for my area, I can't comment on the schools (closer than binocular distance) but you will be very impressed with our NHS. Here's a scene from a local accident:
