Every time I visit this website there's always new people contributing. I don't like it. It's very disconcerting. I feel like Enoch Powell in the sixties when he looked out of his window and saw hordes of threatening darkies heading his way. Time to thin out the numbers a bit? If you need a list of names for people to get the chop I've got some suggestions.

If there was ever a misconception of Enoch Powell, there it is.

Dear Chipolata,

Unfortunatly, due to growing numbers of members of BSG you will now no longer be needed to contribute.

Please pack up your sketches and useless postings and leave before we set Aaron on you.

Yours sincerely,

The BSG Team.

Not a particular fan, I'm just sick of people jumping on the "Ooh, he's so racist!" bandwagon.

I like Enoch for his "All political careers are doomed to end in failure" quote, which could just as easily be applied to all comedy careers as well. As for him being a racist, that's debatable. But there's no denying his words have been hijacked by racists, and used to make ethnic minorities feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. And my dad, who is a proud racist, is always wittering on about what a great guy Enoch was.

Definitely. Sad that a message of warning has been used as justification for the very thing it was warning against! (Kind of like the last few years of government seem to have taken 1984 as an instruction manual.)

So it's a kind of 'repatriate them all back to Chortle type thing'? :D

They could lead perfectly happy lives over at Jake How's website (is that still going?).

I'm pretty new... But I'm not threatening. Unless you find people funnier than anybody else threatening. Please like me. As that weird tiger would say, "I'm grrrrreat".

Don't worry, Rebecca, you're a girl so you'd be saved. You might have to breed with, though. *innocent*
