Rhys Ifans would be my preferred choice for Doctor No.11.
That is, if he could stay out of the pub for five fucking minutes. Or at least, stay out of the pubs that have paps waiting outside.

Yippee! I just ordered 'Talons of Weng Chiang' on DVD!
I used to have it on VHS, but haven't seen it for years.
Easily one of my favourite Who stories.
