"Threw" is the past-tense of throwing something. Like "I threw a ball and it broke a window". But you watched the whole way through the programme.
I dunno, maybe you threw your TV out of the window though?

I *want* to like the Boosh. Really, I tried to watch a few episodes...visited a few forums to try and see the draw, watched a few more. Just can't freaking stand that show. Flame away or convince me of its' brilliance? The usual thing people tell me is that it is a British humour that is not translating overseas. That does not prevent me from regularly LOVING 99.9% of what I can get my hands on.

I think the problem is that America doesn't really do surreal sitcoms. You lot like to stick to the basic set up, of a family, or a group of friends, living together, in a house or an apartment, with the audience cheering, as various characters come through the front door etc. The Boosh is a world away from all that.

Well, I love the Boosh, but yeah, surreal comedies don't always go over that well here in the States. Take GET A LIFE (80's show with Chris Elliot) for example. FANTASTIC show, but it's hard to convince some people that stupid can be funny.
Series 3 of the Boosh had fewer memorable moments for me, though... may have just been my view of it, though.
That's right Sir. Ploppy son of Ploppy.

Mighty Boosh night tonight might even have to sacrifice Love Soup and watch it on iPlayer later...

oh-when? because I will probably be back at school for it then! there is always iPlayer for Love Soup, like I said.
Oh but the special part is on on Monday on it's own-so could watch Love Soup today then Mighty Boosh special bit on Monday at nine?
