Just got around to (finally) watching Top Ground Gear Force. Have not laughed so much in a long, long time.

Excerpts from Colin's Sandwich on youtube. Mixed bag because they don't give the full flavour.

What was it? Ham and pickle - without the ham?

The original 1956 Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
"There's no emotion. None. Just the pretense of it. The words, the gesture, the tone of voice, everything else is the same, but not the feeling". Great movie and my first time ever watching it.

"Where were you at the time of the murder Reverend Green?" "I was in the library with Miss Scarlett...and a rope..."
"But he doesn't understand, Irwin *does* like him. He seldom looks at anyone else...Because nor do I. Our eyes meet looking at Dakin!"

It's pretty much the Futurama movies cut up into television series. With that said...the movies are really funny.

I just saw Later with Jools Holland.
A girl singer called Melody Gardot was on. Lovely voice and a great feel.

I only saw an older lady, a two person band who got quite good once he went on the drums, and a band (with a goth(ish) singer girl) who all looked about 14.

That band were really good. What was their name? Oh yes - Operator Please.
I love electric violins.
And the Gutter Twins were good too.
Mabel John was the old woman - apparently one of the first women on Motown.
