And, if by any sliver of a chance you're interested, I'm pretty sure that that there party scene where he finds out he's number one, is on the top floor of City Hall.

I remember thinking the same when I watched the whole thing though. It's nice, but y'know, it's not like a proper story. There are too many strands.
