Doesnt a Dalek, or someone, call the Doctor the three fold man? Could that be something to do with how he comes back? Maybe? We know, Im certain, that that isnt the last of Tennant, so its more a question of how its resolved.

Could be set before the Dalek thing. But probably something to do with Donna making a world they mentioned something on your back again so.
