You have to get hot, sweaty and sometimes you can do it alone...sometimes with a friend. Lots of different types of it and really...just do what you enjoy!

Exercising. I remember it fondly. Gone are the days when I could tuck in a t-shirt.
I don't appreciate the new poster campaign at Charing Cross station it is of a bloke 40 years old with a waist just over 32 inches. Heaven forbid! It then goes on to say that if this is you you have a real risk of getting diabetes.
That's me screwed then.

Oh hello everyone...
just a few things that i've noticed about things since i've been away for a year and come back...
1) New internet explorer...oooh how nice is that!?
2) New £20 notes... monopoly money!!!
3) No smoking in clubs...AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Although it was like that in Aus and N.Z
