I would say 'Queen rocks', cos they're a band singular.
But you say 'Queen rock', cos you're thinking of them as a group of people so it's plural.

Dunno, they've done good stuff and everything, but the idea of buying and playing one of their albums? Seems weird. Don't ask me why. It also means you're probably a gay Ben. Okay, maybe it doesn't.

I think that although formally you are more correct, it's one of those things where it just doesn't sound right. So yeah.

But either way, I share the aforementioned sentiments.
