It basically means that you retain the non-exclusive copyright to whatever you post, but we (i.e. myself and Mark) reserve the right to use it if we so wish (e.g. the "Heard on the Forums" section in newsletters). Don't worry, we're not going to nick your work and flog it to Auntie.
