An izzy-whizzy electric one? It's useless to fan yourself manually because the respiration your cells do to facilitate it generates more heat than you cool from yourself with the fanning.

Brilliant! When my central heating breaks down, I can fan myself. Even better, I could use an 'air fan' a la 'air guitar' and generate even more heat.
There again, I could just masterbate, not with an 'air penis' though.
