You have no idea. Two days after my original post, apropos of nothing, a friend of mine told me he had just bought the first series on hooky DVD (transferred from VHS) from eBay.

The only way this could be more of a coincidence would be if you were actually my mate, posting under a pseudonym. Come to think of it, he does like a sandwich. Hmm . . .
