Has anyone ever been to this type of thing before? I was meant to go to a music festival with a load of people from a music forum, about 4 years ago, but genuinely had to cancel, after getting a hernia, when I was playing football.
 

That's no excuse - you should really make more of an effort!

I've never been to anything like this before - but it should be fun!

I fell downstairs and slipped a disc recently. It's improving now and as long as I'm upright, I'm coming too!

I had to choose between working Saturday or working Boxing Day. And Boxing Day won.

Sorry, I'm almost certain I will not be making an appearance. I was within reasonable distance of London last Saturday and if the meetup was then I would've made extra effort to show up, but I'm moneyless now and it's Christmas soon and the bills are piling up.

Might as well call it off if I'm not going to be there

Time, 3-4pm ish onwards I think. Venue, just need to double-check something, but yes, essentially sorted. Not going to be quite as central as we were hoping, but easily accessible by Tube. Doesn't mean we can't meet somewhere in the middle of town and then all go together of course.

Haha, yeah. Possibly a relaunch 'party', possibly a bit later in the year. I'd guess maybe April or May at the latest. Buuuuuut we're getting ahead of ourselves here.

The fewer people turn up, the more free things those who do arrive will get!
