Thanks, Aaron, I should have been able to work that out from the posts. Now - how do you get an avatar?

i may seem a little old here but what is a avator?
**check my profile for more material** This guy got arrested in the states for using a childs urinal in a public toilet, he said "i was practising my aim as my wife gets angry at me for missing the bowl at home" i believe it was a genuine mistake and he failed to notice the kid using the same urinal. lewis, that has already been covered. Please read the posts before asking such a question!
Charlie, you need to go to your profile, and you'll find a setting towards the bottom.

It says avatar URL - no dropdown menu for me to fetch from my machine so can't be bothered

Yeah, don't blame you. Sorry, we haven't got an upload function yet - that's a bit trickier than just using a URL hence is a bit further down our "to do" list.
If your surfing image is elsewhere online you can just put the URL for it into our system and it will display... or email me the image you want to use (as a couple of other members have) and I'll sort it out for you.
In summary: I want to see bald surfing avatars!

Einstein said 'Imagination is more important than knowledge' I wish he'd been my teacher at school - anyway I prefer to use words; you'll be disappointed with any image now!

What is an URL?
The only Url I know is the Url of Dudley who was very friendly in fact as a result of his friendliness nearly everyone within a ten mile radius is related to him. I'm sorry I digress.
Not now Arthur.

Thankyou. With my limited knowledge it will be a personal triumph to create an aviator.

It's taken me all year to find one. He's called Biggles and has his own plane and everything.
Now how do I change that funny little picture thing that's on all my posts?
Go on then! Say something funny! Go on!
