It appears that this book will not be published now.

One of the GW fans got this reply to her enquiry:

"Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to inform you that at this time Titan will not be going ahead with the publication of the second Green Wing Scriptbook.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."

Maybe not enough copies of the first book were sold to justify publishing the second. I reckon the fans should get together and publish it themselves!
 

Luckily, a petition has been set up to get the scripts published!!
