Ahh.
That would make sense.

I wanna be his own personal editor and earn squillions!

Well, I've read the first scene and I will stop there. Don't wanna ruin it.

I know. That was so bad! I guess at the time I just couldn't face him. I had very mixed feelings at the time. This was yonks ago! Not the same person now as I was then!

Ruby has asked that I apologise if anyone was upset by her comments, so for her, I am doing that.

But I would personally add for people to think before they post sometimes, it is easy to forget their are real people at the end of these messages.

I don't believe people who have taken the time to get to know her could ever think she is fake, if anything, she is one of the most genuine people I know.

To be honest, you won't realise this at all until you are older sadly but I promise you will look back and slap yourself stoopid over how you let them get to you! You are a lovely, smart, and gorgeous floozy boozy and my word is basically law as you know. Have some tea!

I didn't quote all that because it wouldn't have been very kind to the board, but your message just completely made my day. Thank you very, very much, Ruby. :) *hugs*

To be frank this is a public forum and I think everything should be taken with a pinch of salt, the missing element of human interaction may make some joke/comments come across as personal digs but that is the nature of the internet. Just my opinion though.

I can grudgingly except alot of spelling/grammer errors, but the former newspaper copy editor in me had to struggle to maintain control while reading the first few pages.

;)

Aww, I wanted the smiley to be placed next to all my intentional errors. :(

I really hope that those were intentional. My eyes nearly flew out of my head.

This thread is meant to be about things which make us Hulk-like, but it's turned sickeningly sweet! >_<

Just had this happen. Being in a pub with drunken, stupid 20 & 30 somethings, mouthing off about gynaecological matters, and giving the impression that all men are just animals only interested in one thing. I felt bad for the women present who had to listen to them. When I tried to leave they stopped me and asked what I thought about what they were saying. I just said, "I've heard it before", and left. I would have told them that they were stupid, sexist idiots, but I didn't really fancy being beaten up.

I'd have looked at them disgustedly and said "I pity you" before walking out.

Although as I look about 12, I doubt that they'd have asked me anyway.

I'm 45 years old, I've been around the block, I've heard the stories, I've heard the language. But this sickened me, surely it's 2008 not 1008. That was awful, I just had to let off steam about it. Sheesh.

Ahhhh, hangon, I'm with you now. I read it as it being women slagging off men. Right. Yeah. I hate young people.

I found it! my favourite thread :)

I have some new things to add.

People, just are the worst. Families at times you'd think would come together when relative is sick just fracture even worse then before. Self obsessed selfish and unpleasent, mind atleast the yanks will wipe us all out in a few years when the nukes start flying.

Another thing I seem to attract egomaniacs no idea why.

Rant over.
