Yes. Though I would've thought that it would've been more people. Seemed to be quite few in the grand scheme of things. It was sad nonetheless.

Spending too much time on here!

They didn't take into account all the people who would've died if he hadn't been there, though.

Technically they did, in the episode where Donna had that thing on her back. Loads of people died without the Doctor.
