Don't you just hate being ignored?

(I'll understand the comedic worth if nobody answers in this thread by the way)

You might be better to try ringing them, I find TV repairmen tend not to check their email very often.

Maybe the person's moved on and so the email will be defunct but stuff still gets delivered.

Yes. I haven't had a reply from one producer since something like November. it drives me up the wall. So, to take my mind off it, I'm re-drafting and working on something new.

Back in 1977 I sent a letter to Liverpool FC asking for Kevin Keegan's autograph...I'm still waiting*.

*May have something to do with him being sold to Hamburg the same month. ;)

Not really, no. Just venting some frustration.

It's a fashion amongst certain important people to delete all their unread e-mails when they reach a certain level.

The ASDA of satire.
"Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." Which is exactly what happened to Winston Smith. His rebellion was not one that was foolish and too outspoken. He silently tried to defeat the Party for his personal happiness, and in the end it cost him everything he had fought for, and his love for Julia. He had learned to love Big Brother, which was his ultimate fear when trying to live a life of individuality. The Party had defeated him.
