I sometimes speak to my online friends (in fact I know I do) more than my real life friends.

I am happy to see so many say they met there other half online. I didn't, but before we got together most of our relationship was conducted through talking online, and I really think you get a feel of someone.

You caught up then? *lol*

And if it helps your the most canadian person I know. You should be proud :D

Is good chatting online... I'd be watching way too much TV if I didn't have friends to chat to online. Must admit thought I didn't really have "Online" friends before this forum.

Thank you BSG *thumbs up*

I know someone who met their partner on the internet too. He now uses the internet for illicit affairs, to cheat on her with.
There are lots of sites for that you know. Not that I am a member of any. Oh No no no no no. I am a good christian woman with moral & upstanding values. A marriage is for as long as you can stand it. I am stooping but I still have both feet on the floor. Except when in High Heels. Which I wear alllllll the time.

Sorry... NOT!

You can just come for the sandwiches.

What are everyone's views on online friendships? Are they real?

Can forums be likened to a work place/pub community?

Can you fall in love (for real) online?

No.
