My ringtone has nothing to do with comedy, mine is You'll Never Walk Alone by Gerry and the Pacemakers.

Just the basic,
wouldn't it be fun to sneakily give others ring tones,
e.g."Get down I've got a gun," "If I got you drunk, would you sue me for shagging you?" or just good old "Boris would make a great mayor,"
That would be embarrassing.
The ASDA of satire.
"Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." Which is exactly what happened to Winston Smith. His rebellion was not one that was foolish and too outspoken. He silently tried to defeat the Party for his personal happiness, and in the end it cost him everything he had fought for, and his love for Julia. He had learned to love Big Brother, which was his ultimate fear when trying to live a life of individuality. The Party had defeated him.

No idea why. Just the only one I have on my phone.
My message tone says in a deep American accent: Excuse me boss, you have a message!

I have Monty Python's "Always look on the Bright side of life" as my Ringtone.
And for text messages I have "True Believers" by the Bouncing Souls for my text messages.
For 4 years I had Europe's "The Final Countdown" as my ringtone. It went off in my jacket once when it was across the room during a lecture. Lucky for me the Professor thought it was funny and didn't give me shit for it.

I used to have sheep noises ([proudly produced by myself and a friend) as my text message alert... when that went off in a lecture I changed it! So embarassed!

Mine is a sort of plinky plonky version of 'electro boy' by the Boosh. Has been for ages, so long that I've forgotten how to change it.

As I've only got a basic phone (who needs music, a camera and a vibrator? - yes I know) I've just got the sound of cicadas.
