I'm not usually this bitchy, but, I'm watching Jenny Eclair, now, on 'The Late Edition', and I'm just wondering, how the FUCK did she ever win the Perrier prize?

She's bloody awful.
Taboo breaking at one point, but now a tad embarrassing.
Daleks are shit.

She falls into that group of comedians, who are usually either women, or gay men, who seem to be obsessed with making jokes about poor people.

I went to the Room 101 recording when she was on it.
I don't like her salt adverts.

I haven't noticed jokes about poor people!?
But then I do like to ignore that section of society.

I also like her glasses.
And her episode of Who The Hell Are You or whatever it's called, was fun.

Yeah she's alright, one of the better 'Grumpy Olds'. I do wonder what her stand-up would be like, though.

I'll let you know - I've got tickets to her 'Because I Forgot To Get A Pension' show in May.

She's not my cup-o-tea and I generally turn off when she's on, but I don't think she's "shit". She's at least got chutzpah and confidence in delivering her stuff. More power to more people I don't laugh at, I say, as long as they have the persona to pull it off.
(I'm expecting a response after that last sentence)
