Ah yes, of course! I always forget she was in Roseanne. I've never seen either of the others in anything else though.

The fit blonde was in eight simple rules. I am really beginning to like this show although it is up against empty. Will watch both for now.

Yeah, but she wasn't one of the other two who were in Roseanne.
I always preferred her sister (in 8 Simple Rules).

I just noticed that tonights episode in the uk isn't on.
I'm sure it was meant to be on at 10.30 tonight with Skins at 10.55 but now Skins is on at 11.05 and something called sex change soldier is on at 10.00.
Maybe the show is doing bad ratings ?

It was on last night on E4 (10pm). According to my TV guide it is on - but tomorrow night, at 11:50. Looks like they're setting themselves up for a bumper comedy evening on Fridays (The Friday Night Project, Balls of Steel, The Big Bang Theory, My Name is Earl), so have moved it. Although it's listed as episode 5, which was on last week. Could be a typo though.
I don't remember a show having been dropped from UK TV because of ratings though. Moved yes, but never dropped. I don't think we're reactionary idiots like the Americans.

Watched episode nine this morning. I really really love this show. And got the theme tune stuck in my head again. Best sitcom on TV for me at the moment.

That all started with a big bang!

This is a great show, somewhat hampered by each episode being so short that the plots are virtually non existant. Could be fantastic, but personally I think it may start to wear a little thin soon. Nice theme tune though which matches the fast paced dialogue. Agree this is the best sitcom on at the moment. Not sure I'll think that in a couple of months though.

I still like it and think it's one of the best funniest sitcoms on. I love all the characters.
Clever writing too, they must be scientists etc, I assume

Yes they are both physicist from Caltech which stands for California Institute of Technology.
And I would have to agree the characters are great.

"Where were you at the time of the murder, Reverend Green?" "I was in the library with Miss Scarlett...and a rope..."

I think she meant the writers must be scientists, not the characters.

And from what I can see on Wikipedia and IMDb, the answer is 'no'. They're prolific sitcom writers though. Cybill, Roseanne, Two and a Half Men, etc.

Just watched episode ten. Not quite as good as the others, but still funny stuff. Penny really is rather cute indeed.
