I admit, you can tell when they're filling, but still it's very rare I seen a dud episode.

But it can also be one of the most dire. Sometimes he REALLY stretches to find something 'funny', and it just doesn't work. I don't think I laughed once at the episode last weekend, for example.

But with all due respect maybe that says something more about you than the programme.

I watch it each week with my dad and my dad pretty much hates modern comedy yet laughs his head off at Harry Hill.

And i've never seen a bad episode yet.

Maybe, maybe. It just seems so forced at times. Really clutching at straws. Most of the time it's generally noticing how ridiculous shows are, or scenes (particularly in isolation), and highlighting that. But sometimes, it really seems like he's struggling so much that he has to invent extra stuff. (Which he does anyway of course, but moreso, and on a different level.)

Maybe I'm just too much of a telly addict (now that was a good show). ;)

It sounds like Harry's humour just isn't for you Aaron. I actually think the fact they often find the most small and obscure thing to focus on is what makes it great.

I agree with the earlier sentiments, last Saturday's episode was certainly one of, if not the, best yet.

They certainly put a lot of effort in - the Ricky Gervais et al montage must have taken a lot of organisation (especially as some of the shows were not even on ITV).

Anyway, as they'd say if this was an advert: "7 million viewers can't be wrong".

I was going to say last weekend was the best one so far. I forgot about Ricky's appearance - that was hilarious. A lot of it is very subtle and minute, but I love that too. The Jamie Oliver start to the show was great - his impression of a microwave dinner LOL!

Some people may call me a genius - I haven't met any though.

Conspiracy theorist.

You realize Harry Hill's TV burp is the only decent comedy ITV has produced in years.
