Well folks, tonight we reached the big one - 100,000 posts.
The award for post number 100,000 goes to the mar-vel-ous (ish) Mr sootyj!
Thanks for joining in, bitching, and probably thinking I'm a bit of a tit. But I love you all, in your own, erm, special ways!
Now, how long until we reach a million?

If we make another Ricky thread, we could reach that goal by Tuesday!

ha ha. Just don't mention Two Pints and Chris Langham in the thread as well otherwise it might go into meltdown!
10,000 posts, wow. I still think back to late 2006 when we launched this message board and were worrying whether we'd ever reach 100 or not! How things change.
Anyway, just to echo Aaron's thoughts: thanks everyone! Really pleased you're hanging out here and making it such a friendly and interesting place to check in on.

In my defence, I did post that after midnight and should have been long asleep.

I've got to get up in... Well not quite as short as that. But I should have been in bed at 11.

Wow is their a prize? Jelly? Ice cream? A chance to kick the cast of My Family up the bum?
The ASDA of satire.
"Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." Which is exactly what happened to Winston Smith. His rebellion was not one that was foolish and too outspoken. He silently tried to defeat the Party for his personal happiness, and in the end it cost him everything he had fought for, and his love for Julia. He had learned to love Big Brother, which was his ultimate fear when trying to live a life of individuality. The Party had defeated him.

Perhaps you meant 1. You might be ahead of yourself.
PS Thank you too.
